Starting Rudbeckia and Stock

Started two different seeds today – Rudbeckia and Stock.

Since both seeds need light to germinate, last night I prepared containers with a light layer of vermiculite over the seed starting medium and saturated the medium with water. This morning, I placed the seed on top of the vermiculite and pressed into the soil, misted, and covered with plastic wrap.

Planting 18 cells of stock (2 seeds/cell) and 8 seeds of rudbeckia, at 68-72°F, both should take about 8-14 days to germinate.
